At onPsych Wellbeing, our school wellbeing program connects dedicated chaplains to work within pastoral care teams to meet the mental health needs of children in Australia. We are a non-profit organization.

Recognizing the fact that childhood and adolescence are formative stages of growth, our team of trained chaplains nurture children and guide them through life’s biggest challenges with a range of psychosocial, community and pastoral resources and supports.

Mile Glamcevski

Milê is a dedicated professional with almost 30 years of experience in supporting the mental health, developmental and educational needs of children, school staff, and parents.

Milê holds a degree in psychology, social work and education. With extensive experience in delivering programs to support children, families and school communities struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, domestic violence, behavioral issues and educational difficulties.

He also has experience and a passion to develop the non-profit sector and in overseeing the management of school, welfare and mental health programs.

A clinical psychologist and the General Manager of onPsych chaplaincy, Terese Schuts is a professional with experience in supporting the mental health needs of children, school staff, and parents.

Terese holds a Bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s in clinical psychology and has extensive experience treating conditions like anxiety, depression, trauma, domestic violence, and educational difficulties, to name just a few of her specialities.

She can also diagnose learning difficulties and is empowered to undertake cognitive and educational assessments. She also has experience in the non-profit sector and in overseeing the management of mental health programs.
